Mindful Walk & Reflection Day led by Jo Maughan
Do you want to try mindful walking? Are you longing for time away from your desk, just to de-compress & reflect?
This is a spacious day in the charming Surrey Hills, where you’ll learn how to be more mindful & grounded plus get time to yourself to reflect on whatever is important to you. You’ll leave feeling relaxed and refreshed, with more energy to tackle the next working week.
It’s a social day too. Over coffee and a late lunch, you’ll get to know & network with the other people in the group.

No experience of mindfulness necessary. Jo will lead you.

Start time: 10.15am
Finish time: Approx 4pm
Start and finish location: Guildford railway station.
The walk is approx 5 miles. One hill but otherwise mainly flat.
You’ll be outside for approx 3.5 hours; wear suitable shoes and clothing.
