My passion is all about supporting individuals and teams perform to new levels, shifting perspectives, discovering possibilities, to deliver heightened business performance whilst living fulfilling, purposeful careers.
With a background in engineering and organisational capability in the manufacturing sector, my sweet spot lies in partnering with manufacturing companies seeking to grow their talent and their businesses.
Coaching is an integral part of my toolkit, both when I engage with clients and as part of my offer.
My offer spans across the talent management spectrum, specialising in transformation of employee development, facilitation of team events, leadership development and coaching.
I qualified as a Coach in 2019. I’m both a Chartered Member of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and a Chartered Member of the CIPD, an NLP Master Practitioner, and am Clarity4D accredited. I’m working towards ICF ACC. I am a native French speaker.
