Support and Events for Coaches
I started coaching in 2005 having worked for 18 years in marketing. I found my purpose in life when I found coaching. I am a leadership coach focussing on supporting leaders as they transition through their leadership journey. I especially enjoy working in the pharmaceutical and care sectors and I am passionate about developing people.
Some of the feedback that I have had from clients is that I build a safe, trusting, open and honest environment where I challenge with empathy to provoke deeper thinking. I work with my clients to help them to identify and work on self -limiting beliefs and mindtraps, to identify what they need to work on and to understand the root cause of their blockers.
