Nikki Bartlett

Nikki loves coaching on improving performance and helping people be the best version of themselves. She began her career as a leadership and learning practitioner successfully running her own company for 17 years before moving into consultancy.  She worked for a boutique leadership consultancy for several years, before spending the last 4 years at one of the big four. She now works as a Partner for Korn Ferry in their Leadership and Professional Development practice.

Nikki is curious and loves positive challenge that tackles sticky problems in a down to earth pragmatic way. She brings energy, compassion and a can-do attitude and particularly enjoys connecting the dots, building strong relationships and designing bespoke programmes for the courageous leader. Nikki holds multiple psychometric accreditations, is an NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Trainer, she is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and is just completing her EMCC Senior Practitioner Coaching accreditation.
